Bubbs Bakery was created for people who believe cake should feel like a moment - not just a dessert.
What started as baking for friends and family quickly turned into something more: a love for rich flavors, thoughtful details, and cakes that feel indulgent without trying too hard. Every cake is made in small batches, with intention behind every layer, swirl, and finish.
We focus on timeless flavors done really well, the kind you crave days later and think about long after the last bite. No shortcuts, no trends for the sake of trends. Just cakes worth the craving.
Meet Bryana
I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember — from Easy-Bake ovens to spending entire days glued to Food Network, convinced this was more than just a hobby. That passion became real when my grandmother “Ma” gave me my first apron at six years old, and baking stopped feeling like play and started feeling like purpose.
Bubbs Bakery is named after and inspired by my dog, Riley. She filled my life with warmth, comfort, and countless sweet moments, and though she’s no longer with me, her spirit lives on in everything I create. Bubbs is a reminder to slow down, savor the moment, and find joy in the simple things — like a really good slice of cake.
Today, I pour that same love into every bake. Thoughtful, intentional, and made to be shared.
